Publication — Greyhound cafe menu

The relocation of this Japanese restaurant to a Georgian building presented an opportunity to refresh an identity created by GTF

in 1993.

A neon sign provided the focus for the original identity. For the new restaurant, neon was used again, this time to create a

free-form arrangement stripped of all fixings. The resulting diffused glow created a counterpoint to the sober 18th-century English typeface.
